Si al iniciar les aparece pantalla azul y el error MULTIPROCESSOR_CONFIGURATION_NOT_SUPPORTED 

La solucion: Entrar al BIOS y luego en las opciones avanzadas del cpu y deshabilitar la siguiente: The Max CPUID Value Limit en el BIOS

El win viene por defecto con la carpeta C:\Program Files\Easy Context Menu excluida en el antivirus ya que hay estan los pach, scripts, activadores, etc para evitar falsos positivos, si usan otro antivirus tomen medidas y excluyan esa carpeta.
